A company in the administrative services sector requires: CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPS for remote work. Código CUOC: 41101 Skills: reading comprehension, active listening, text writing, assertive communication, interpersonal relations, teamwork, service orientation, time management, working under pressure, flexibility and adaptability. Responsibilities: 1. Inform staff and the general public about company rules and procedures. 2. Engaging with customers in the US in English to help with any inquires they have in navigating digital media products offer by the company. 3. Customer service. Education Level: high school, english fluent to native proficiency Experience: 6 months some experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, and Client Relationships Contract Type: provision of services Salary: $1,200 USD per month Working Hours : monday to friday 8:30am to 5:30pm (US: EST)
