Descripción de la vacante
Position: Team Lead - Omnichannel Program Excellence Main responsibilities: • Drive Hub strategy in alignment with Global business priorities • Lead Hub resources and ensures improvement and development of individuals and the hub • Establish efficient ways of workings with other Hub Leads & ensure exchange across teams • Oversee Omnichannel initiatives, campaign and tactics across multiple therapeutic areas and markets • Manage Hub budget & resource allocation • Handle vendor management • Participate in key reviews with global & local leadership as a SME • Design and optimize process governance campaigns allowing efficient marketing automation at scale • Make business recommendations based on the data findings, create presentations to highlight recommendations and tell the story • Identify major process inconsistencies and acts upon • Orchestrate hub team workload and prioritization • Ensure sharing and collecting knowledge across teams to establish a comprehensive cross-organizational overview Experience: • 8-10 years of experience in project management, program management, or operations. • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare industries required. • 5+ years of experience with omnichannel or digital marketing execution required. Required qualifications: • Ability to lead a team • Strong expertise around Omnichannel operations • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, Asana). • Education: University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science). Additionally, relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/business analytics/management/pharmacy/similar discipline is desirable • Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written) Salary: 13.200.000 COP - 17.900.000 COP Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5PM, Hybrid. Type of contract: Permanent contract
