Descripción de la vacante
Position: Controlling Operations Service Delivery Main responsibilities: Hierarchy Management: Maintain WD hierarchy and H15 hierarchy mapping, identify and resolve discrepancies between systems Cost Center Optimization: Identify appropriate cost centers from active nodes or reservoir BIN, request new cost center creation when needed and manage duplicates ARPE Template Management: Submit and manage ARPE templates to update Workday based on system requirements Project Master Data: Create and update project data based on ServiceNow PPM, ServiceNow APM, and Digital Service catalog inputs Costs mapping: Identify and resolve actuals without IO/WBS and actuals with IO/WBS but without Global Project assignment, prioritizing items above materiality thresholds Opex TM1 upload: Check and consolidate data from Foresight extracts including CC, AN, Global Project, P&L Line, Currency Project Consolidation: Consolidate Global Project OP to Global Project SP and budget line items to single lines per CC/AN/Global Project triplet System Integration: Upload data into BOOST when needed Hub Collaboration: Support Controllers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC Process Documentation: Support on maintaining and improving key procedures in the area and create training materials Compliance: Ensure all master data activities align with internal regulations, company financial policies, and SOX controls Ad Hoc Project: Participate in different initiatives within ContOps and the FBP team that can improve processes, create value and bridge the gap across all 3 hubs and HQ. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, master data management, or systems administration (internship experience considered) Previous experience with ERP systems and data management preferred Required qualifications: Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultural differences with teams in Americas, EMEA, and APAC Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and system updates Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple master data requests simultaneously Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with international controller teams Proactive attitude toward identifying data discrepancies and "challenging the status quo" Strong desire to become a key team member in a complex, global matrix environment Systems: Strong Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) and knowledge of SAP, TM1, iShift Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across systems Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field Languages: English: Advanced/Fluent (written and spoken) -mandatory for global scope Salary: 7.300.000 COP - 9.900.000 COP Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5PM, Hybrid. Type of contract: Permanent contract
