Descripción de la vacante
Position: GTMC CF Incentives Enabler Lead Main responsibilities: Lead the global deployment of Incentive Compensation (IC) processes, ensuring consistent implementation and adoption across markets. Partner with business and digital leaders to translate process designs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions. Own the global IC operating model, driving standardization while balancing global consistency with local market needs. Drive end-to-end deployment planning, coordinating milestones, market readiness, and successful implementation across regions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and resolve complex business challenges. Shape the future of the IC platform by influencing the product roadmap and driving continuous improvement. Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure adoption, operational excellence, and business impact. Build trusted partnerships across global and local teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance commercial effectiveness. Experience: Background in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, supporting commercial operations, Sales Force Effectiveness, and global business processes. Strong experience managing Incentive Compensation (IC) processes, including Goal Setting, MBO design, IC calculations, and governance. Proven success leading or supporting global, multi-country deployments and large-scale transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to partner with Digital teams to implement and optimize commercial technology platforms (e.g., IC tools, CRM, or similar). Required qualifications: Strong knowledge of Incentive Compensation processes and commercial operations. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and collaborate effectively with technical teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams across global environments. Strong project coordination and deployment management capabilities. Analytical mindset with experience using KPIs to drive adoption, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Proven ability to identify risks, solve complex problems, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused, with a passion for enabling successful business outcomes. Education: Bachelors degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus. Salary: 21.400.000 COP - 28.900.000 COP Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5PM, Hybrid. Type of contract: Permanent contract
