This position is primarily responsible for the core operational duties related to loans, including the opening and maintenance of Loans, Participated Loans, and Lines of Credit within the system, as well as processing loan payments. This role also provides support to the Account Operations team by assisting with the Account opening process and Account Maintenance tasks, such as updating client CIF information, managing Retail products, and creating new Time deposits. A key part of the position involves monitoring and reconciling any discrepancies related to loans, in addition to handling other general operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Process loans, participations, line of credits on IBS including payments and renewals. Prepare SWIFTS messages for loan disbursement. Prepare Internal Loans disbursements. Process investigations originated from Loan Booking. Prepare SWIFT messages for Letter of Credits. Process Letter of Credits in the AS400 Datapro System. Process Clean Collections in the AS400 Datapro System. Process Documentary Collections in the AS400 Datapro System. Review the Reconciliations open items. Signature Verifications.og. Process transactions via Operations workflow. EOD Processing & balance. Ensure daily work is file under RVl-Bookkeeping. Monitor the closed loan and the disposal of documents removed from safekeeping. Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of U.S. banking experience in an operations role responsible for supporting loan operations is preferred, but not required. 1 to 2 to years of U.S. banking regulations like Electronic Funds Transfer Act Regulation E, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Regulations, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA Patriot Act, amongst other state and federal regulatory requirements preferred, but not required. Preferred but not required, experience with: Datapro IBS Core Banking System, Ocean Systems Fedlink and EDD Services, Fedline & Swift Certifications, AIB Banking Operations Certification. Knowledge in Excel. Knowledge in G-suite tools. AS400 proficiency. SWIFT proficiency preferred. Basic financial mathematics skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Effective organizational and prioritization skills. Bilingual. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
