Job Description: The Reference Data Management Analyst 2 is an intermediate-level professional role responsible for applying specialized knowledge to monitor, analyze, review, and evaluate processes and data. This position identifies gaps in policies and procedures, interprets information, performs data analysis, and provides recommendations to support business objectives. The role requires investigating and evaluating factual information, identifying data inconsistencies, defining business issues, and recommending improvements to policies, procedures, and practices. The position integrates established disciplinary knowledge within the area of specialization with a basic understanding of industry practices and standards. It requires a solid understanding of how the team interacts with other departments to achieve business goals and contributes to overall operational effectiveness through the quality and accuracy of the services provided.
